Buildcom Australia has developed an OHS Management and an OHS policy system. In accordance with these documents;

• The directors will provide strong leadership in health and safety leading by example and ensuring responsibilities and goals are clearly defined across the company.
• Health and safety planning, monitoring and reporting will be integrated into the general management structure of Buildcom.
• Consultation and communication of will all health and safety issues will involve all employees of Buildcom.
• Buildcom will have systems in place to ensure identification and control of workplace hazards and compliance of regulatory requirements.
• Buildcom will provide adequate and ongoing resources to ensure work can be carried out safely.
• Employees of Buildcom will be provided with the necessary information, instruction, training and supervision to allow them to work safely.
